Information about Media Center Clubs:
Clubs will be meeting in the media center from 9:00-9:20. No special drop-offs required, students may attend when they arrive at school at their normal time. Due to new laws, if students choose to eat breakfast at school in the morning they will not be able to leave the cafeteria to attend the club, so I suggest eating at home if possible to attend Media Center clubs. Mrs. Biela will be sending home permission slips for parents to sign on the first day of the club meeting.

Club Meeting Dates:

• Monday – Book Club (Middle grade books that could include books with author visits)
• Tuesday – Fantasy Book Club (Middle grade fantasy books)
• Wednesday – Battle of the Books Club (Students will read up to 15 SSYRA books and compete in a district-wide competition)
• Thursday – Makerspace Club (This if for students interested in crafts and making things)
• Friday – Yearbook Club (This is for students who would like to create the yearbook)
